Are you kidding me Phud? This is as well known in the precious metals community of investors as the fact that the sky is blue. They stopped meeting their holding obligation years ago. And if you look at puts, calls and other derivatives you are probably closer to a 100 to 1 paper to physical ratio than you are a 1 to 1 ratio. Good luck getting your silver out of SLV when the SHTF. Physical silver and gold are your only guarantees. After all, a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush. Take the easy bet, buy and hold what you can actually hold my friend.
