HEMP has a stop sign because: “Warning! This company may not be making material information publicly available
Buying or selling this security on the basis of material nonpublic material information is prohibited under Section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rules 10b-5 and 10b5-1 thereunder. Violators may be subject to civil and criminal penalties.” As per OTC Markets. The stop sign having to do with federal regulations is not correct since there are company’s such as POTN which deal in mj that don’t have stop signs.

Bruce has or had a post on his Facebook page around the time the stop sign was put on HEMPINC. Something about the SEC case not being settled and OTC Markets not allowing HEMPINC to post financials because of that. Plenty of pot and hemp stocks do post financial information on OTC Markets.
It baffles me how anyone would invest in a stock with a stop sign and not have taken the time to find out why.
That’s the charm of a ticker like H E M P I guess. Folks just see the word hemp and buy in to the scam?

Anyway it’s not rocket science and most folks who have been here awhile are aware.

Just reading PR’s from HEMPINC going back a few years gives lots of insight to all the claims and promises made that never materialized.

Bruce Perlowin Facebook page is full of entertainment although some stuff gets deleted.

HEMP/OTC MARKETS EXPLANATION

https://www.facebook.com/KingOfPot/posts/10214101559269455?comment_id=10214107422736038

Because OTC denied our annual renewal fee until the SEC civil case is resolved. That stop sign means that we didn’t post our financials on OTC which we can’t do because they refused our annual fee. So we posted our financials on our website and disclosed that in a press release - and are now discussing this with OTC. We’ll probably have to take legal action against them because the rules say “post your financials” not post them on OTC (which they won’t let us do).
