Been reading up on the SEC Waiver etc. 6 Years unless there is an objection by the SEC. as there was none there is no issue running a company. Slight confusion in that this was never an SEC issue at all, it was QSC (Quebec.. ur Canada).. UAMA is a US company, some BVI.
Knock it off the list. No longer relivant.
That just leaves Financials as your only point (3-6 months out). What pink isn’t.. also soon fixed
