We were counting the dilution based off the outstanding on otcmarkets which was like 509 million, so we were actually off because on April 30th the outstanding was almost a billion.

Since April 30th it was 631 million in dilution about what we thought.

The Company has 949,249,868 and 223,397,000 shares of common stock issued and outstanding as of April 30, 2018 and July 31, 2017, respectively.

The number of shares of Common Stock, $0.001 par value, outstanding on June 14, 2018 was 1,580,645,634 shares.
