I would look at the "whales" er...smelt and grunions with bikinis and check cashing huts who may be named as defendants or relief defendants in a civil case.

Nothing like deposing and discovery as to "alter-ego" and piercing the corporate veil as well as potential de facto executives not indemnified by the issuer.

Could be a good settlement for a checking cashing hut, a home and a wife's home's equity.
