That particular MM seems to be associated with Mergers and Acquisitions. Interesting that MICA showed up about the same time ASCM disappeared.

I really don't know what significance the $22 means, if any, but the fact that this MM showed up means something. I think folks just like to joke around about seeing a $22 share price showing up on level two.

Some MMs are associated with dilution, which thankfully none of those are here. There is no dilution with an abandoned shell in the RM process anyway.
