It has to be shorting. You short with some of your stock, say 10, or 20 , or 30 million shares at .032. You sell 10, or 20 , or 30 million shares at .025. You then cover the short. You buy those shares at .025 you sold at .025, wait for the stock to go to .032, sell, then begin the process over again. MM's are the only ones that could do it because they control the timing. They hit it going down and coming up. Penny stocks are a crap shoot, but occasionally they let it run. That's what were waiting for. Come on MM's let it run. Wahoo!
