EVIO can do the upgrade to OTCQX, it meets the requirements.

I don't think we would see an r/s before going to Nasdaq. The pps would have to grow in order to meet the bid minimum as the market cap would also need to be high enough to up list.

Nasdaq is a ways out there. Market cap is not even close yet.
