I can get 100% green energy by having an exterior solar panel drive the electrolysis inside the baggy. doing the scientific magic to include the solar reaction on the same area as the electrolysis is clever but obviously adds inefficiencies.

Reality check for you...Hyper hyper is a scam. Not working tech.

They will never go commercial, same as they never went commercial with solar concentrator or natural gas.

Just keeping you in planet Earth and not in Uranus counting $100 bills yet!
