Yup u got it buddy! and the person who sells them shares to the open market puts that money in his pocket and dilutes your shares by a small percentage each time he sells shares. The problem with that is the shares being sold are also the people who have full control of this company. There is (3) people who have controlling voting rights here! thats very important to understand. But i dont think you do understand? So if they dont care about your shares now then when it comes to wanting the share price to move up they will probably just R/S because thats the easy way out just like they are doing now to get rich. Usually people are creatures of habit so i domt see them taking the high rode when it comes to us getting rich also. Are you starting to see the light?
