Google Discover (not discovery) growth fund law suit

Same on both.....will continue holding until I hear news on trial. As another poster noted the delays have been numerous and they have been vocal about this being finished by 2nd quarter. Hopefully they will produce.
As to Discovery Fund...I thought that was a good thing. Institutional investors are always good for small cap companies....bringing new eyes/shares to the company and holding on to them longer. Not sure why Discovery is being questioned?
Still hopeful we will be on beach someday Truffle......peace!
