Why would this Director make a decision of ending the c-ship? I believe he was put in place to stall and inflict as much pain and suffering he could to the current Shareholders, while allowing the net worth sweep to be implemented, processed and helping to trump the law against Shareholder rights.
Are any of the Govt lawyers on his payroll?
Is there a list of positions within the FHFA and the salaries in the last eight years? I would believe their income was harmed during the last ten years like the ones who believed the Govt would find a way to end c-ship.
I thought that helping to put the GSEs back in a good business order (stop buying bad mortgages) so that they could be released from c-ship was the only objective of his role.
It's been ten years of c-ship People. Now he has come up with another stall tactic - return the monies to the enterprises and release them back to the Shareholders.
Come Mr President, please give an Executive Order to release the GSEs from Government control - don't you think it's about time? It has been ten years of this non-sense, and not to forget to mention the three card monty game being perpetrated towards Shareholders and the denial of rights by the Courts.
Trump and Treasury can easily end this horrendous saga.
