I am hoping we never have to find out what the deal falling through AGAIN would cost us.

Agreed that RAD has upside WITHOUT Albertson's. If the deal goes thru, the combined entity likely sinks as soon as the next credit crunch gets underway.

RAD on its own still has hurdles but likely can survive, given the cash and the drug-pricing piggyback received from WBA.

Unfortunately, the deal likely goes thru. Hope to be proven wrong.
