Not true at all. If they already have an agreed upon price, then the earnings make no difference. If RAD pulls out of this deal, then every single officer of the company should be shot!
IF RAD calls off the deal, the stock price goes back to $1.25 at best. RAD is a dinosaur in the pharmacy world.
