I have ordered about 6 - 8 times. Once I had an issue where it took longer to ship than usual. People on the board were talking about out of stock items at that time. I suspected that my item may have actually been out of stock but on it's way in at the time so there system was not showing out of stock. Not sure if that was the case, just a guess but my tracking eventually showed up as did my products. Again, this only happened once.

I usually get several email updates from them in terms of the progress...

I live in Indiana, and usually get my order within 4-5 days at max.
