just as you are guessing that CEO can make a B deal- NO basis in fact- I am guessing that P2b failed. That is based on chatty Leo saying nothing for 182 or so days about P and the fact that if there were someway somehow he could move forward info/data on P if there were any chance of good news he would be highly motivated. Highly! P is a goner- we just have not been told
