hey Nuts, I'm not sure why ZWIPE doesnt meet your criteria, but its interesting you raise the point about Chaya's selective choice of partners. I assume she was offered cornerstone investors and various financing deals, but rejected them in favor of flooding the market with shares- that are now worthless.( that way she kept control, but also lacked the capital to develop the technology into a marketable product). It seems Zwipe took the other approach , which was to secure investors and funding, and that enabled them to employ management who actually had a clue and some intelligence. Given SMME had a 10 year head-start on the technology, I can fully appreciate why SMME are so jealous of Zwipe's ability to actually sign up a bank. ( not a "distributorship" /sales platform that has been sold to investors as a real deal, but has proven to be yet another waste of time ) . I know what card I would rather own.
