You can add to this another mayor, Deblazio of New York City has ordered that Police Stop making arrests for MJ unless they are high while driving.

This mayor is a Left Wing Lune, but it does help where we want this stock to go.

Kinda like a mixed emotion...Watching your Motherinlaw go over the cliff in your Brand New Car :)
