I think we have the funds to get started with LIPA and the $50 million was in case we got something else real big (see Beacon Falls) and needed to get started on that before money would be coming in for it. At least that is my thinking.

This company $FCEL has no concern for shareholders . Any other company would have defended the POSCO news . FCEL is being run by a con artist CEO who main concern is his paycheck of a million dollars a year and keep collecting shares without improving price per share for shareholders .
