Very odd. What happened to BMIC then? So toxic lenders don't have to put up big sums of cash collateral and can only dilute a % of a weeks worth of volume? There are regulations where you cant dilute a stock under .01 and also for stocks under .001. Might want to start researching. You are also correct about "naked shorting".
