CWIR has a caveat emptor ... based on the letter from the CEO I believe his story about OTC markets trying to strong arm him for a buddy of theirs ... with the caveat emptor he can not close on anything ... kind of senseless for him to pursue that path ... what would you have him do? Time for him to move on, maybe the other guy will get his shit together and do something with it
