Seems more likely that it's purpose was to trick the shareholders into thinking RMHB was expanding into China to get them to buy more shares and try to increase the PPS. It worked in January and then the PPS fell right back down to where it was as investors learned it was just another lie like Canada, India, etc, etc..... JMHO

The class A stock that Jerry issued to Lilly Li was never intended to be converted to common stock.Its purpose was to give her control of the company so she could merge RMHB China with it
