However if it don't happen soon I am afraid they will miss bidding for all the 2018 elections.
I hope the reason they are delaying is micro soft has a six week cooling off period for any announcement in partnering with them. . Even though they have the patents they are unproven , so I think for initial round they will use Azure , micro softs voting soft ware
