IMO when John Mcafee step down from his position in January and keep his stock in MGT Capital Investments Inc, and Ladd sold 600k shares of his stock in MGTI. it could mean the company had entertain a buyout or acquisition sometime ago and the acquiring company don't won't or need the current executives. This is my opinion. Companies can't let the public know they're involve in a buyout or acquisition until it is ready to be made public.
