My gut tells me the statement is basically a signal that he is confident finra piece may be done ahead of 4th.

Kind of a Trumpish - If they cant deliver Ill do it my damn self - knowing it is looking good finra will be done soon.

May be a stretch but that is my most optmistic interp.


Purely analyzing what was stated. If finra not done then xyz.

We shall see...would be nice to know while sitting around watching fireworks over the holiday week - Gonna be fireworks in the ole etrade account as well!
