There is an outstanding, unsubstantiated, and unvetted claim, which appeared in Mad J.’s “executive summary” that an LOI had been executed with EnLink, in the context of a supply agreement.

Keep in mind that EnLink never made a confirming announcement on this topic, and there is no, as in zero reference to it in any of EnLink’s investor relations materials.

As the next odd bit, EnLink’s crude handling facilities exist in Midland, and Upton counties - a map is included for reference - the black route indicators are crude systems, the tan are natural gas/NGL. The astute among you will note that MMEX’s site is roughly south-southwest, in Pecos County, about 70 road miles by truck - the only route to MMEX’s site - requiring 50 round-trip truck loads (200bbl/tank) to supply MMEX at 10,000 bpd name-plate…

MMEX would unlikely be dealing directly with any small producer - that is not the way the market works. Mid-streams gather, and blend, through a variety of processes, and supply to refiners - MMEX would not be able to easily handle any direct shipment from a field battery to its feed storage, for a variety of reasons - chief among them being their design lacks any physical capability to process crude directly from the field.

This is why it is important to understand the sector, and to conduct thorough due diligence, to avoid being swindled by con-men like Mad J.

The gathering network and mid-stream infrastructure isn’t there, and won’t be there, and moreover, the small producers are most negatively impacted by the problems related to off-take - from the field gathering network to mid-stream aggregation and storage. The joke is on MMEX investors, who don’t understand this business - they are easily duped by Mad J. and his false claims. Look closely at the map - note that no pipelines extend from the nearest EnLink terminal in Upton County… what a laugh!

So you're saying all those small producers don't matter or won't be looking for somewhere to sell their oil. Well, some of them won't be looking due to purchase contracts with MMEX. IMO. This is a significant point.

Yes, that is the point. And whatever kind of stock MMEX is now...it is going to eventually make a lot of money, in my opinion.
