Good observation. Looks likes shares are trading hands on the level 2 for a few months now . Maybe debt being bought ? This could be a great play the great share structure and coming mergers per CEO. This could be the play of the OTC for the summer time. We all seen these merger plays trade in the pennies then all of the sudden skyrocket to dollars.
