The filings will help remove the CE status the company has on OTC Markets, which is more than a formality in getting a broader audience to take a closer look.

The real event will be a formal announcement by anyone involved in the anticipated conglomerate. There have been a fair number of potential dots laid out, but until they are connected by any of the parties mentioned in the DD that has been presented, there won't be a major swing. Mr. Dempsey has done a fine job of laying out several possible connections, but how soon any of it comes together remains to be seen. Expect some fluctuation of the share price until both of those events happen.

Ideally, the company would take the opportunity of a quarterly report to lay out an expected timeline and provide updated reports, but that has yet to happen. Next quarterly reporting date is August 15th for Q2 2018 and we'll see what has transpired by then. They can obviously announce something before that, but that is a logical time to lay out something more significant.

IMO-$STSC FILINGS-merger news and proper disclosures imminent

It is my strong opinion- that evidence exists online to suggest that a conglomerate operating currently across Colorado and several other states and the due diligence suggests that the $STSC public Corp will be utilized to house this conglomerate in its appropriate fashion.

I look forward to finding out- just like every one else- just how much of this story I got right and captured and perhaps - maybe I even underscored or underestimated how much potential this conglomerate has

When one looks at the players involved and their firm Princeton and University of Toledo connections/ it will open the door to more critical relationships and due dilingrcr
Connections that show just how vast this is.

I suspect we will get al the audited filings and disclosures seemingly and together - and the CE will drop with ease. The merger disclosure will be hard to ignore and very likely we will see a few hundred percent gain the day of the filings - so if that came out tonight - per say- the affect on price tmrw would be exponential IMO.
