After the PTAB decision, it maybe a good time for a conference call. It’s been over two years since the last one.
It would be a good time to answer some questions.
The delay in the PTAB decision has taken the wind out of the sails. New updated damages won’t be announced anytime soon. No damages were even announced in the two recent lawsuits. Removing the infamous Apple Stay, won’t change or enhance the PPS. It didn’t with the others, why would it with the Apple Stay? IMHO
