Obviously you don't but have yet to prove you are even a shareholder but the reality is the company's assets have been stripped long before Dan and Otto. What asset value did Shining Tree have? What did Currah/Keevil do to increase shareholder value?
Keep ignoring the tough questions and continue to support the failures of Currah/Keevil, both of whom took shares and cash in violation of their fiduciary responsibilities. Now that may be irrelevant to you but you have yet to show where Dan stripped the company of anything. An asset with zero value isn't truly a viable asset
It does seem that Currah's failure to accept Shining Tree in payment of his bogus debt tells us exactly what he thought of the asset you now seem to be worried about
