Woodenbear - Please read my post 23541 , I think I explain clearly what that mean.

Pre-treatment is how patient bone marrow cells are destroyed before transplant.
There is more aggressive way and less aggressive.
But with more common GvHD happening in the less aggressive.

Look that Pro 140 will give those patients chance for less aggressive , less toxic pre-treatment. !!!!!
