This as an initial market-size of course.
Due to the nature of ODD and being an unmet need, we used an initial market penetration 24% (Combo 8% and Mono 16%) - which shall be increased since there is no competition.
We also used a crazy high discount of 85%, which should be reduced now step by step.
Combo, Mono and GvHD on same 10% discount assuming approval renders GvHD value even slightly higher than Combo and ODD shall also allow it a higher annual net price.
As posted already, GvHD could reach a pretty fast approval between Combo and Mono, also thanks to ODD.
After this amendments data of the 30 days comes in supporting this application, discount should be reduced to 40% - mid stage.
