A reverse merger in itself would be immaterial. What's more important is cash burn. As they gain more subs, they'll burn more cash, resulting in more dilution.
Mitch as the CEO may help with the stock price at least for a few weeks. However, he would need to implement changes, or else it's back to the same thing.
