.....on VPLM I had a bad experience with VRN* Vringo (market value of 300m then) who was in a patent case with Google and had an all star litigation team and won the jury case hands down on all counts was awarded 500m settlement with royalties by the JUDGE! The case was appealed by google went to the patent court of appeals with 3 judges deciding 2-1 in favour of Google with no recourse ………… hopefully VPLM can get a settlement but at this point to many gorillas to be affected they will all team up together!
