My question - what is a reasonable expectation of the total cost (to the customer) for one typical mine outfitted by iPMine? And how much profit to IPKL?

1. Why does the company need to dilute if they supposedly have a $50 million financing agreement with Henan YongAn Investment Guarantee Co.?

2. Why is the T/A gagged? Why don't they just come clean with the share structure since everyone on ihub already knows about the past/current dilution.

3. Why won't they issue a PR addressing dilution? Is it because they are planning to dilute more?

4. What is the status of the China LOI and next steps?
