I expect that you are aware of these things from the latest 10-Q, but just in case:
"In September 2013, the Company signed a lease extension agreement with Cummings Properties for the company’s offices and laboratories at 100 Cummings Center, Suite 151-B Beverly, MA 01915. The lease is for a term of five years from October 1, 2013 to September 30, 2018 and requires monthly payments of approximately $18,000. The Company had taken over the space occupied by KARD."
"The Company is now in the process of searching sites for its future headquarters."

There was a little speculation that the $2M raise may have had something to do with the facilities issue but as you know it wasn't mentioned in the CEO's email.
