It's dated 5/18/18 which is when he applied, if you will, notifying of his proposed selling of 44M shares which were acquired in place of payment back on 5/17/16 (being sold well beyond holding period of six months). And under "Approximate Date of Sale" they filled in "May-June" ... sold for an average of .0034 and as I pointed out earlier the pps saw a high of .0039 during that time frame (mms may have even run it up to that)... he received $158,400 and btw, the shares were sold by or through JA Darbie & CO Inc., a broker on Wall Street.
