I don't. Their momentum is slowly dying, and their only cushion is Dell (albeit a rather large cushion). There is a lot that can happen between now and Q3 when they finally have a response to Intel's new products. I think Clovertown will do a number on thier server margins, which is really their last bastion of defense. Dell will counter-act this with a one time MSS shift next quarter. But as Dell ramps AMD on, other vendors will ramp off. And Intel can easily win Dell's business back if customers start demanding Core 2.
