So what?They're:DEAD-as-the-tomb-2investors'-MONEY:Diluted-to-death-to-buy-IoSafe,then went silent-as-the-tomb on whether the LOI was even completed - per my prev. posts you see many websites call this a completed acquisition, but how do they know? No further filings, just one more fluff PR in Jan. to keep the scam alive...deal with BVTK to market their stuff went nowhere...what activity they have is in Europe...STOP sign/DEAD on OTC also:

So where's the revenue IoSafe was supposed to bring TO IDDR?

Looks like IoSafe's Robert Moore, who was also Dir. of Acquisitions for IDDR, cozily enough, and located in same town of Auburn, CA as their U.S. "headquarters," possibly same place even, the IoSafe manufacturing plant-offices, and IDDR management tucked away in Holland, cleaned up and also went into the Witness Protection Program like their erstwhile "IR guy" Mr. Bolton, soon after they duped investors into buying while they stripped the shell...

That's the trail of evidence...
Do you have any evidence, even meaningless replies from anyone @the company, otherwise?
By all means call/ email, find out for yourselves how irrelevant you are to them as bagholders.
I'd LOVE to sell this thing so would love to be wrong but won't dupe anyone into buying this.

SO YEAH I'M ALL FOR THE SEC/ FINRA going after these guys to do a thorough investigation.
