Thanks for digging that up. Arbitrators are taking awhile in imo because the award is going to be substantial. They need to test the calc set prob proposed by lake whillans in the hundreds of millions. I dont wanna get a backlash like I did when I said buy at $1.45. But we could see $400m to $500m imo. This was $1b+ company regularly before the cro damage and fallout as a result. FDA hold could be argued related as domino.

Affirm. $150 million is a starting point for the arbiter. Over $1 Bil in market cap damage.

sushifishman: thanks for that article ! I stand corrected as I was not aware of that, I only used the recent presentation that Geert made. I have been away for some time (several years) and recently came back, so I guess I missed a lot in between.

See your referenced post. I am not an attorney....we know or at least I think I know that damages could not be fairly calculated without MK approval, but what if they do get approval?
