Finally, on May 8, 2018, the Company determined to donate 25,000,000 shares of the Company’s common stock to Triton Funds LLC.

This is what I don’t understand....why they didn’t make the share payment as consideration to Triton for entering into the EPA to begin with? If it was a convertible debt note they would just include a 10% OID...

...why separate it as a “gift”???
