GCC was one of their first intros into both Toxic lending and Wayne Anderson.

But they were smart enough to escrow the "loan" until Wayne sent them the documents showing the shares would be registered so they could sell them. They were not smart enough to also escrow the funds until the company actually traded.

Only Wayne can keep screwing everybody.

Wonder if KAWA bank was ever able to sell the marina property Wayne stole from the shareholders and used to secure a bogus personal loan to Wayne of $350K?
