And you might be Whom? Could be a disgruntled investor from the CHSD board? Or maybe you are hoping to get these shares cheaper? Did you miss the boat on this one still time to get in! Think about the facts a shell company with no debts and small float. Need I say more?

over 80% of the company's revenue was from the container business, shipping kamchatkan crab and salmon caviar. the czech plant was sold due to expensive, time consuming regulations, which netted 2.5 mil USD.
Not connected to who you mention, never heard of them.

updated share count will be posted this week.
float is definitely small, but unknown.
