Please show us how you arrived at a five cent valuation. Show us the math...surely you did that before you scream scam. I'm at a loss to figure out how you arrived at that conclusion...the SEC has no issues with Marapharm. Have you reported your findings to the SEC? I'm sure they could use your help in determining if this is a scam.
