"This entire play is nothing but a scam..."

Keevil has never sold a share, even after he left as a director.

Nemegosenda was noted in the Unites States 1987 Department of Energy list for Strategic Metals Deposits as Niobium is a strategic metal critical for war armaments.

In 1988, with the USSR crumbling militarily, economically, Ronald Reagan ordered John Herrington, Secretary of Energy, to stop compiling a Strategic Metal reserve.

Hence, it is not conceivable that a Strategic metal deposit, recognised by the US Dept. of Energy 100% owned by SRSR is, in any fashion ,a 'scam'.

Scott developed the property, Otto, Dan tried to scam it away by first attempting to monstrously dilute SRSR shareholders through IGEX, and now trying to scam it away for a measly $250k to Potts.

Otto, Dan are scammers; Scott and the property have shown value.

There is no other logical interpretation if one understands mining and one understands the history of Nemegosenda/SRSR/Nio Star.

In my opinion.

Scott may not have sold a share, but how much did he gift himself in contracts for consulting, using his other entities, midnight capital and fire lake resources? Selling the shares is irrelevant, he made his.
