I`m starting to wonder about this massive dilution of late......is it to pay off enertrade and other debt, or are they building a large legal defense fund.just went to zenergy brands website.....they still claim qb status..........they seem to have the time to file an 8k about changing acct firm, but no time to correct misleading statements on website.......it would not surprise me one bit if the S E C is crawling up their a** as we speak......some of the "insiders " working this message board, should cleanup their act also!
