If that were so, do you not think they would advertise the change of address? The fact that as per the last 8k the Class A Nanobeak shares are being reduced (and at a possible 1:100,000 virtually eliminated) leads me to believe that Groman is taking charge of the company.
Also, look through the 13-D's at about $1,000,000 in short term convertible debt to be wiped out before the C's and D's can convert, Groman has paid more then that for his new classes of preferred stock alone. I wouldn't be surprised to see a news release in the near term saying the convertible debt has been paid down.
