Bring it on Pitch. That's ridiculous.
Since DCTH has no one working in offices and no one actively assigned to address investor concerns nor respond to investor inquiries, I called RHK Capital and thevbranch manager, Andrew, said this:

Ans since it is not effective yet, there is no record date for shareholders as well.
