I sold some, but managed to hang on to the rest for a ~10x gain. Based on Roche's prior 20x purchase of the rest of Genentech, figured they might do the same--it happened very quickly!

FMI: Kris... I too remember.

Back then, had to sell some winners because of (I don't remember exactly but probably either the next "can't miss" bio or a bit of margin to cover. Permanently fixed my margin issue but not my lack of skill in profit taking. Can't go broke taking profit but appropriate sale price seems to elude me. That said, many hedge fund/trust managers also admit to selling prematurely.

Unfortunately, sold ENTA 2 soon 2. Profit taking all the way... ho, ho, ho,...
