The fact that you can only buy the KLK with ETH does not have the relevance you think.

How many ETH do you have? If you did, how many KLK would you buy?
Even so, what if you wanted to drop all your ETH on this crap? You lose that market value, and you have shifted your investment into buying a utility token, that only has value in the Klickzie environment.
You cant buy an Antminer S9 to get more.

Further, if this thing passes SEC scrutiny, it effectively becomes a value that is based on the companies value. BY LAW.
